At  LEYROS , we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders due to the nature of our products. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer decant or trial sizes, allowing customers to test the products without committing to larger quantities. We highly recommend opting for a decant/trial size if you are unsure of your selection.

India-Specific Return Guidelines

  • Perfumes: Non-returnable products.
  • Returns/Replacements: Accepted only for damaged or defective products.
  • Samples/Decants (20ML): Strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers must ship the product back to our address for returns.
  • Health and Safety: Returns/exchanges are not offered for opened or used fragrances.

 2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable for:
    • Returned, undelivered, unclaimed, or refused packages.
    • Any shipping costs incurred by the customer to return products to us.
  • Exception: Refunds for shipping errors made by us.

3. Important Notes

  • an RMReturns that do not meet the above criteria or are returned without A# may either be returned to the customer or destroyed upon request.
  • If your order arrives damaged/defective, please contact us within 2 business days with a mandatory unboxing video at support@leyros.in or call +91 99150 83150 (Monday to Friday, 11 AM – 6 PM).
  • Provide the following RMA details for returns:

    • Customer Name/Email
    • Order Number
    • Reason for Return

 4. Refund Policy

  • Approval: Refunds are processed upon approval after receiving the returned product.
  • Payment Mode: Refunds are made to the original payment source. Customers must provide their bank details for processing.
  • Deduction: A 2.5% fee is deducted from all refunds (payment gateway fees).

Failed Online Transactions
Refunds for failed transactions are automatically processed to the original payment source and may take up to 7 working days.
(Note: We do not hold these amounts.)

 5.Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. Common reasons for cancellations include:

  • Product quantity limitations.
  • Errors in product or pricing information.
  • Quality defects.
  • Additional verification requirements.

 6. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only within 1 hour of placement, as we strive for fast dispatch and delivery.
  • To cancel your order, email your Order ID and reason for cancellation to support@leyros.in
